HOW DOES DELIVERY WORK?

  • Your parcel is typically expected to arrive within 5-10 business days from the date it leaves our warehouse.
  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. Please note that the tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update.
  • We offer various shipping methods based on the destination country, including USPS, Royal Mail, Australia Post, Canada Post, Europe Posts, & Yanwen Post for other destinations.

Please be aware that the estimated delivery time does not include the preparation period, which involves quality checks, packing, paperwork, etc. This process usually takes 1-4 business days.

It is important to review your order carefully before completing the payment. If you accidentally select the wrong product, you have 24 hours from the payment processing time to make changes. After this period, we will proceed with the order processing.

We take responsibility for the shipment until it arrives at the destination country. Each order is assigned a unique tracking number, which you can use to contact the local shipping company for further assistance.

In the event that your package is unable to be successfully delivered and is returned to us, it is usually due to insufficient or incorrect address information provided. Please ensure that you enter your address accurately, including correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable), as these details are crucial for successful delivery.

LINGIΛMOUR cannot be held responsible for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments caused by incorrect address information provided at the time of purchase. If your package is returned to us due to reasons such as not collecting it on time, address changes, or incomplete shipping address, shipping fees for reshipment may apply.
